The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust (DGH) http://dudleygroup.nhs.uk consists of three hospital sites: Russells Hall Hospital, Guest Outpatient Centre in Dudley and Corbett Outpatient Centre in Stourbridge, 30 minutes north-west of Birmingham City (by car and public transport).

DGH requires that all candidates:

  • Hold an English language certificate of IELTS 7.0 score in all 4 sections in accordance with the new NMC regulations, if the NMC registration has began post 18 January 2016

 

  • Candidates who have started their NMC registration prior to 18 January 2016 and are exempt from IELTS must still demonstrate an excellent level of spoken and written English

 

  • Have a very good knowledge of the Trust and it’s values

 

  • Have an in depth understanding of NHS standards

 

  • Must be able familiar with 6 C’s of nursing and be able to give examples of compassion and care.

 

  • Must be able to join DGH within max 3 months from the date of the offer

 

 

All successful candidates will be provided with a comprehensive training / induction programme and a mentor. The candidates will have an opportunity to join DGH pending their NMC registration working as Nursing Assistants at Band 3 £16,800 gross per annum.
